On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Pyrgou Vakis Law Firm recently hosted an inspiring presentation with Dr. Inna Haas at our offices, titled “Success Without Sacrifice: Balance & Resilience for Leaders.” The session challenged the notion that leadership comes at the cost of well-being. Through powerful insights on emotional intelligence, resilience, and high-performance leadership, we explored how women can lead with strength, navigate pressure, and achieve success—without burnout. The energy in the room was electric—deep discussions, shared experiences, and a collective drive to break barriers and redefine success.
